This page lists static facts only: where a route is, what type it is and which streaming services it supports. Latency and bandwidth are dynamic and depend on your local network, so trust the current status shown for that route in the client; results differ between carriers and cities at the same moment, and any millisecond figure hard-coded into a web page is not worth trusting.

The difference between route types is not about raw speed — it is about how your data travels from your device to the exit. IEPL dedicated lines run on a private channel, relay routes add one optimized hop, and direct routes take the shortest path. None of the three is universally better; what matters is whether the type fits what you are doing.

Private channel, steadier at peak hours

How to choose when one country has several routes

Start with the type: choose a dedicated line if you need a stable connection for hours, or relay and direct if you only open a page now and then. Run a four-step check before switching routes

A route is only one segment of the chain. When pages will not load, video stutters or the connection keeps dropping, run the four steps below to find out which segment is at fault before deciding whether to switch routes — it saves a lot of trial and error.

  1. Disconnect the route first and test your local network with a site that opens without it. If pages are already slow at that point, the problem is your device or your local ISP, and no route will fix it.
  2. Connect to the target route and open a page that shows your exit location to confirm it is active. If it is not, go back to the client and select it again rather than refreshing the page over and over on the same route.
  3. Try another route in the same region for comparison. Test one dedicated, one relay and one direct route in that region: if all three perform similarly, the bottleneck is not the route; if only the dedicated line works normally, the problem lies in the public links.
  4. Note the time, the use case and the route name. Peak hours and the early morning give very different results, so recording the time lets you tell a route problem from a time-of-day problem and makes later comparisons easier.

After those four steps, most "the route is bad" conclusions turn into a specific cause: your local network, your ISP's exit, peak-hour congestion, or a genuine need for a dedicated line. Confirming the cause before switching is far faster than trying routes one by one on a hunch.

Why do the cities listed here not match what I see in the client?

This page only picks a few of the most representative routes from each region; the full list appears after you sign in to the client. Routes are adjusted and added from time to time, so go by the names shown in the client.

Why does the same country have several routes?

Because they serve different purposes. Different entry cities in the same country may use dedicated, relay or direct routes, aimed at different stability and throughput needs; in some countries, different cities also map to different streaming regions.

Is an IEPL dedicated line always faster?

Not necessarily. The advantage of a dedicated line is a private channel that holds up better at peak hours, while raw speed also depends on the leg between you and the entry point. If your local network is poor, a dedicated line can only guarantee the second half of the path.

Can I keep using one route long term?

Yes. For browser-based AI tools, API calls and services that keep you signed in, staying on the same route is actually more reliable and reduces re-verification caused by a changing exit. There is no limit on the number of devices, and several devices can share the same route.

Do routes ever go offline?

Yes. Data center maintenance or upstream changes can make a route unavailable temporarily or permanently; when that happens, another route in the same region is substituted or added in the client. This page is updated as the lineup changes too.
